Bootcamp
Total body strength and conditioning in a group setting. You will increase lean muscle and lose body fat while improving your quality of life. This is a positive and motivating atmosphere to push yourself beyond what you thought yourself capable.
Rates- 1 month of 3 days a week – $125
1 month of 5 days a week – $150
Personal Training
Do you have an injury or medical condition that concerns you? Have specific goals you want to work towards? Do you need to be pushed?
