11/10 “Daily Workout”

Today’s workout is as follows:

  • 1st set 11 reps of following exercises
  • Pistol squats/ back squats/ spilt squats/ and deadlifts
  • Between sets front/back cone run 25yrds X30
  • 2nd set of same exercises but only 10 reps and finish it up up 9 reps
