11/10 “Daily Workout”
Today’s workout is as follows:
- 1st set 11 reps of following exercises
- Pistol squats/ back squats/ spilt squats/ and deadlifts
- Between sets front/back cone run 25yrds X30
- 2nd set of same exercises but only 10 reps and finish it up up 9 reps
