12/11 “Pit Crew”
PIT CREW
Your workout today (or tomorrow) will only be 15 mins in length with a reccommended 35 min slow state cardio of your choice..aka treadmill, bike, elypitical
So begin as always with your dynamic warm up
High Knees, Butt Kicks, High Russian Kicks, Froggies, Jumping Jacks, Arm Circles, Claps, In Place Inch-Worms
Then complete as many rounds as possible in 15 Mins of following exercises…please post results to comments!
- 20 – Mountain Climbers
- 20 – Flutter Kicks
- 20 – Supine Bridges
- 20 – V ups
Then finish with a 35 min relativity slow cardio. See you all on Monday and EAT ZONE!!
