- 50 Leprechaun Jumping Jacks (SLOW)
- 50/50 Side step ups with hip hikes (weaker leg first)
- 50 Leprechaun Jumping Jacks (SLOW)
- 25/25 Side step up with hip hikes
- 50 Leprechaun Jumping Jacks (SLOW)
- 50/50 forward to back in place lunges
- Finish with 4 Mins SL bridge, 40 Back Ext, and 15 Push up for the troops
